Record image frames as an MP4 where supported

MP4 output is only available when the browser exposes a compatible recording encoder. Frame rate and output dimensions affect the video; the actual codec is chosen by browser capabilities.

If MP4 recording is unavailable, use a supported WebM output rather than expecting this tool to transcode server-side.
