Why convert DDS to PDF?
Use PDF when your next application needs sharing or printing a picture as a document. DDS can carry GPU-friendly texture formats, but this converter supports uncompressed DDS input, not arbitrary BC1/BC7 or other compressed textures.
The converter decodes the DDS image, applies your selected size or appearance adjustments, and writes PDF output. The output is a one-page image-based PDF; it does not preserve vector paths or create selectable text from image pixels.
Before you download
- The page is raster-based and embeds compressed image data; output PDF text is not selectable.
- Only the DDS variants supported by the local decoder can be opened; many block-compressed game textures are not supported.
