Why convert QOI to PPM?
Use PPM when your next application needs graphics programming and simple RGB raster exchange. QOI stores image pixels with a small, lossless encoder, but its application support is narrower than PNG or JPEG.
The converter decodes the QOI image, applies your selected size or appearance adjustments, and writes PPM output. PPM is a simple RGB pixel format for image-processing experiments and certain graphics pipelines; expect a relatively large file.
